Newsletter regulations

When we write in the Regulations:
You, Yours, Yourself, etc. - we mean the Client
we, our, etc. - we mean the Seller, i.e. LLMe Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Chwaszczyno (80-209), ul. Łąkowa 4, KRS 0001071827, NIP: 5892087213
- We run a website at: www.llme.pl.
- The Newsletter is digital content. When you agree to receive the Newsletter, when you receive an email confirming your subscription, we will conclude an Agreement with you for the provision of digital content (hereinafter: Agreement).
- We are entitled to take steps to verify your age.
- Before you start using the Newsletter, we will provide you with our Newsletter Regulations at the very bottom of the Service. You can read them, always with the Newsletter subscription form. You can download the content of the Newsletter Regulations at any time, save it on a medium or print it.
- You may use the Service, including subscribing to the Newsletter service, if:
- you have a device that allows you to access the Internet and has a working operating system, e.g. Mac OS, Android, Windows;
- you have installed on this device a current version of a web browser that supports HTML5 that provides access to Internet resources such as: Mozilla FireFox, Google Chrome, Safari or another compatible web browser that supports cookies;
- you have an active email account.
- We take appropriate technical, organizational and legal measures to ensure your security.
- You enter into a Digital Content Delivery Agreement with us, under which you make payments using your data.
- If you do not want to pay this way, but still want to use the materials offered by signing up for the Newsletter, you can buy these materials by paying the price set by the Administrator. If you want to do this, write us an email: sklep@llme.pl.
- The Newsletter service consists of sending commercial and marketing information, including blog articles, content of social media posts, products and services or events to you and other users on the subscriber list via e-mail communication.
- If you decide to subscribe to the Newsletter:
- We will ask you to provide your email address and
- confirming the registration by pressing the "Register me" button,
- then you will receive an email from us asking you to confirm your registration or delete the email if the inquiry was sent by mistake,
- If you confirm your subscription, it means that you agree to:
- sending you marketing and commercial information by means of electronic communication within the meaning of the Act on the provision of services by electronic means.
- our use of email and telephone for direct marketing purposes,
- transmitting commercial information via this communication channel in accordance with the Telecommunications Law.
You give these consents voluntarily. However, they are necessary for signing up to the list of subscribers and sending the Newsletter. If you do not give your consent, we will not be able to provide the Newsletter service.
- You can cancel your Newsletter subscription at any time without giving any reason. To cancel, send a cancellation:
- in electronic form - use the active link that we always place in the footer of each message - the link is marked as "I am unsubscribing".
- in the form of e-mail, to the e-mail address: sklep@llme.pl
- by letter to the postal address: ul.Łąkowa 4, 80-209 Chwaszczyno
- When you unsubscribe from the Newsletter, our Agreement terminates.
- We have the right to stop providing the Newsletter service at any time. We will let you know by e-mail to the address you provided to us.
- If you are a Consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days of its conclusion without giving any reason.

In the complaint, indicate your data, the subject of the complaint and the demands related to the complaint.
We will consider the complaint immediately, no later than 14 days after it is submitted. We will send you a response in the same form in which you sent it to us, unless you indicate a preferred form of contact.
- Our materials in the Newsletter are protected by copyright and may also contain protected trademarks. We provide the materials to you solely for your own use. You may not use them in any other way, i.e. you may not copy, duplicate, record or distribute them without our consent. If you violate our rights, you may be subject to liability.
- If you are a Consumer and want to amicably resolve a dispute between us or resolve a complaint, you can contact:
- a permanent consumer arbitration court with a request to resolve the dispute,
- the provincial inspector of the Trade Inspection with a request to initiate mediation proceedings to amicably resolve the dispute;
- the district (municipal) consumer rights advocate or social organization whose statutory tasks include consumer protection in order to obtain assistance in a contract matter;
- or you have the right to use the ODR platform. The platform serves to resolve disputes between consumers and entrepreneurs http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
- Detailed information on the principles of personal data processing is included in the Privacy Policy.
- We are entitled to unilaterally change the Newsletter Regulations to the extent that they have not been individually agreed with you for justified reasons, i.e., among others;
- changes to the provisions of law generally applicable in the territory of the Republic of Poland,
- introducing new functionalities of the Service or modifying their current scope - to the extent that the new functionalities modify the content of the Newsletter Regulations.
We will publish the change on the Service pages.
The change to the Newsletter Regulations does not apply to contracts concluded before the date the change comes into force.
Before the changes to the Newsletter Regulations come into effect, you can submit a statement to us that you do not accept the changes introduced - this will then mean that you are resigning from the Newsletter.
- In matters not regulated in the Newsletter Regulations, the provisions of Polish law apply.
